3rd Annual Liberty Awards     November 8, 2006                   Bellevue Hotel, Philadelphia

Over 200 people came together to attend the 3rd Annual Liberty Awards celebration at the Bellevue Hotel on November 8, 2006.  The Liberty Awards (which stand for Leadership, Innovation, Bright, Excellence, Risk Taking, Team Playing and Years of Dedicated Service) were awarded to the following individuals, who were nominated by their peers:

- Jennifer Gaiski, VP Content Aquisition, Comcast
- Kim Woodworth, Regional VP, Comcast Spotlight
- Lisa Schwartz, Senior VP, Sales and Business Development, IFC Entertainment
- Tina Waters, Senior VP, Customer Service Operations, Comcast

In addition, we were proud to present the first Lucille Larkin Lifetime Achievement Liberty Award to:

- Grace Killelea VP, Human Resources, Comcast Spotlight

We were thrilled to welcome back Connie Colla, Anchor and Managing Editor of CN8's "Your Morning", who served as the event’s emcee for a second year in a row.  Our keynote speaker, MTV’s Jessica Heacock, set the tone for the event by sharing how both having mentors and being a mentor have played an important role in her success.  It was an afternoon dedicated to honoring the values of leadership, celebrating success and for expressing gratitude to those who have helped us along the way. 

We hope everyone plans to join us again for the 4th Annual WICT Liberty Awards on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at the Philadelphia Park Hyatt at the Bellevue.
