Ariel Johnson-Peredo is a Manager in the Advisory Services practice of EY. As a member of the Technology Risk group Ariel assists clients in developing solutions to various complex compliance, financial, and technological challenges. Ariel has experience in program management, regulatory, compliance, IT audit, product and system technical design analysis, system integration reviews and security/risk assessments. Ariel has 6 years of experience and has provided these services in a wide range of regulated industries including: Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Advanced Manufacturing and Healthcare.
Janet Christodoulou, Vice President, System Development and Engineering at FreeWheel. Janet Christodoulou is a VP of Software Development and Engineering, who works with product marketing and business leaders to make their visions become reality through automation. Janet has worked in in the software engineering field, across multiple industries, and believes that the advancements made in engineering have generated significant growth, tremendous resource optimizations and the creation of ‘the impossible’ for those companies that have embraced it.
Janet leads a team of engineers, in FreeWheel a Comcast Company, whose focus is to support all design and development needs for Spotlight, Comcast’s advertising sales organization. With over a decade of experience supporting Spotlight, she has designed several key systems that power Spotlight’s financial reporting, provides visibility into inventory and has automated the data informed order creation process.
Janet holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and Undergraduate Degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Technology from Florida Institute of Technology.

Lisa Vetere, President of WICT Greater Philadelphia, is Senior Director of Financial Operations at Comcast Headquarters. For the past 10 years, Lisa has been dedicated to Finance in the cable industry through her multiple FP&A positions within different areas of Comcast learning the business from the perspective of the Division, Region, and Headquarters. Lisa joined Comcast in 2009 in the former Eastern Division and has worked in the Freedom Region along with holding Headquarters positions with increasing responsibility. In Lisa’s current role she is responsible for all aspects of capital planning, management, and analysis including long range plan, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts where she’s a key point of contact for Headquarters and Division Finance teams on capital.

Megan Miller is a Senior Manager of Business Process Effectiveness within the CX Field Operations team at Comcast. Her responsibilities include portfolio management and playing a chief of staff support function to her organization’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining Comcast in July of 2016, she spent 8.5 years at QVC where she led a range of strategy and operations projects in pursuit of new growth initiatives for the global, multichannel retailer. Megan currently serves as a National Liaison on the Women’s Network board for Comcast NBCU and has been an active member of the WICT Greater Philadelphia chapter for the past 3 years. In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling, the arts, and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
Michael D. Smith, Director Platform Distribution, QVC/HSN. During his career in the cable television and new media industries, Michael has worked in both the domestic and international side of the business. In the US, he has held sales and marketing positions with Viacom Networks and Disney Channel, and overseas for BSkyB, AOL Europe, and the Orbit Showtime Network (OSN). Currently, Michael manages TV affiliate distribution of the five QVC and HSN channels based in West Chester, PA. He holds a BA in Media Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Stacey Kool is Executive Director, Product Architecture with a focus on Business Operations Platforms and Data Architecture Roadmaps. Stacey and her team are responsible for defining and delivering the technology roadmaps against Spotlight’s back-office business execution workflow platforms spanning ‘pitch to pay’ activities. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholder needs and internal and external technology partners Stacey’s team brings new capabilities to platforms to enable competitive advantage, an increase in workflow automation, a reduction in manual actions and ensuring system compliance. In addition, the team is responsible for deliverables to enable democratized data sets to support operational reporting insights, proof of performance metrics, attribution related client deliverables and the roadmap design to migrate data solutions to the cloud.
Stacey began her career with Comcast over 20 years ago and has held roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently she was Executive Director, Integrated Solutions. In this position, Stacey and her team created end-to-end solutions for our clients by implementing workflow, integrating new products and developing strategies and objectives (within assigned areas) in alignment with industry standards. Stacey contributed to the development of the organization’s business strategy and lead integrated working teams that provided direction for cross-functional projects.She and her team served as a resource to management across the operations CoE, Spotlight and FWA. Prior to this, she was Executive Director, Business Process Management with Spotlight’s finance team, where she was responsible for coordinating and readying the organization for new product initiatives, system deployments and workflow changes. She also served as the finance liaison to other Spotlight functions including Operations, Development and Research. As a highly accomplished professional, her extensive experience in strategic planning, systems integration, enterprise project planning and process improvement is well-matched for her new responsibilities.
Stacey is a member WICT and is currently Co-President of the Belmont Hills Elementary School HSA where her youngest children attend school.
Stacey received a Bachelor’s of Science, Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University.
Stacey lives in Penn Valley, PA with her husband, three children and two dogs.
Jamaine Mungo is currently “Director of Cyber Security” for Comcast Spotlight and has been in this role since April 2019. In this capacity he manages a team of five engineers responsible for everything from Cyber Security to Systems Administration and Policy & Standards across Spotlight. Prior to this, Jamaine spent the last 10 years of his career supporting the Department of Defense at Lockheed Martin.
Born in Willingboro, NJ and currently residing in Mt. Laurel, NJ – Jamaine holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity from New Jersey Institute of Technology and holds 10 Information Security industry certifications. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Cybersecurity, expected to complete in 2021. In addition to this, he is Chair of the Board of Directors (ISC), an Advisory Board Member of InfraGard and an Advisory Board Member of NJ Cybersecurity & Communications integration.
In his spare time, Jamaine enjoys giving back and helping others. He is active within his community, VP of the Willingboro Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. Fraternity and enjoys sports and traveling.
Since joining Comcast Spotlight in 2009, Lauren Blevins has worked in a number of roles across the company. In her current role, she is the Supervisor of Local Traffic Operations where she is responsible for ensuring operational plans are aligned with business objectives. This includes but is not limited to managing an operations team of six coordinators by providing leadership, communication, technical expertise and operational integration across the New York and New Jersey markets. Originally from New Jersey, Lauren relocated to the Philadelphia area to attend Temple University where she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. She later received her Masters of Business Administration in Business Management from Amberton University.
An active member of Women In Cable Telecommunications (WICT) since 2012, Lauren has attended and volunteered at many events prior to joining the board in 2017 as Membership Director. Additionally, her passion for marketing communications, building relationships and planning is furthered as she also serves on the board of directors for Harambe Social Services, Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit organization established to provide technical assistance, education and support to victims of domestic violence. Lauren is also active in a number of organizations across Comcast and Philadelphia including the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Young Professionals Network (YPN), the Black Employee Network (BEN) and the Women’s Network at Comcast. Currently residing in Philadelphia, in her spare time Lauren enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
