Meet Paige-  Senior Manager, UX at Comcast!
Describe your role & what you love about it.

I lead the Experience Design project management team, and am inspired every day by being in such a creative environment. I feel lucky that I get to satisfy both my analytical and creative sides, and I find great joy in mentoring others.

How have other women inspired you or helped shape your career?

My mother instilled the confidence in me to dream big and go for what I wanted, no matter how crazy my goals may seem. Throughout my career, I have looked to other women as mentors and to provide honest feedback.

What is something that most people don’t know about you?

I am an avid tennis player and fan. I have been a player and captain of a women’s USTA team for several years and have attended two of the four Grand Slam tournaments.

Why do you think WICT is important?

I think it is tremendously important for women to stick together, provide a refuge for each other and promote each other. WICT provides the framework to do all of those things at a macro level. When I attend WICT events, I love how open everyone is, people have their guard down and it’s a safe place to walk up to a complete stranger and introduce yourself!
