I really enjoy meeting and working with our affiliate partners to accomplish mutual goals of creating customer satisfaction and generating revenue.
How have other women inspired you or helped shape your career?

Why do you think WICT is important?
Amy: WICT provides such a great opportunity to network with other industry women, (and men) as well as programs to develop leadership skills and industry knowledge. One of my favorite WICT programs for personal growth is the mentoring program. I have participated as a mentee and mentor. WICT helps support their members develop leadership skills and form meaningful connections which last a lifetime!
