WICT Global: Virtual Learning Opportunity Constructive Conflict

July 1, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at

Constructive Conflict

Wednesday, July 1, 2020 | 12:00 – 1:00 pm (Eastern)
Executive Level Distance Learning Series
Conflict is natural and inevitable. When you add the stress of a global crisis and remote work to an organizational culture of rapid change and complexity, conflict is likely to increase. With perspective and skill, you can successfully navigate conflict to uncover real issues and reach agreements that bolster relationships. Constructive and healthy conflict not only creates hope and resilience, it is the basis for creativity and innovation.
This webinar will help you to:
  • Communicate positively and effectively;
  • Identify core issues constructively; and
  • Reach agreements that satisfy all parties involved.

To prepare for the live discussion, please think of a chronic conflict or two that you have experienced (either from work or home). We will use those to identify and build our conflict navigation skills.

Our presenters from the Yarbrough Group, Lindsay Burr and Elaine Yarbrough, are WICT’s educational partners on Leading with Power and Authenticity, part of the Executive Development Series. Meet them both below.

This webinar is open to all WICT members and will be recorded for later review.
