Learning & Development Program Manager for ULearn, Comcast
Megan Weinberg is a Learning & Development Program Manager for ULearn at Comcast. In this role, Megan consults with leaders and team members on building their strategy for innovative training. She is responsible for redesigning the way employees are trained by using new, creative methods and tools. Megan has been with Comcast Corporation in multiple roles since joining in 2015.
In only 5 terms, Megan will have completed her B.A. in Communications the first quarter of 2021. She is also a newly published author. As a lifelong learner, she spends most of her free time in self-study or traveling to new places.
Megan volunteers for many clubs, groups, organizations and is currently finishing an engagement as co-lead of the Chesterbrook Employee Resource Group (ERG). She has been volunteering since she was 7 years old, offering her time at Save the Chimps, Catholic Leadership Institute, and many more. These charitable and volunteer experiences have contributed to enhancing Megan’s character and feels they have shaped her into the person she is today.
She enjoys sharing her knowledge and is currently mentoring new employees at Comcast.
Megan lives in Delaware County, Pa. and looks to make a difference with people every day.
