Mentoring Manager – Meghan Horn
Process Delivery & Training Analyst, Comcast
Meghan Horn is a learning and development professional who has a passion for guiding people on their journey to achieve their career goals. She is also passionate about creating and maintaining inclusive cultures in the workplace. Meghan currently works at Effectv, the advertising division of Comcast, as a Process Delivery and Training Analyst. Her responsibilities over the years have included developing workflows, creating training programs, facilitating new hire orientations, and testing workforce tools for the ad operations frontline team.
Meghan takes her passion for inclusive work cultures and participates in a wide variety of DE&I initiatives. She is currently the co-lead for the Unidos ERG, an employee resource group focused on the Latino community of Comcast employees, after serving as the communications co-lead and chief of staff in previous years. She serves as a member of the Comcast ERG Mentorship Program Events committee and is an inaugural member of Comcast’s DE&I Employee Advisory Council. She also founded an ERG ambassador committee for her home office in Chesterbrook, Pa to provide cultural and professional development opportunities for Effectv frontline employees. She recently completed a gig project with the TPX division of Comcast to create a diversity checkpoint framework to increase accountability for hiring managers and recruiters to lead a larger volume of underrepresented candidates through the recruiting process and to the end goal of a job offer.
Outside of Comcast, Meghan serves as an advisory board member for the Center of Millennial Engagement and a mentor for Collective Success.
Meghan earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Asian Studies at Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership at St. Josephs’ University.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading, traveling, going to the movies, and volunteering with mentorship programs.
