Lisa Vetere, Immediate Past President of WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter, is Senior Director of Capital Strategy & Analysis at Comcast Headquarters. For the past 11 years, Lisa has been dedicated to Finance in the cable industry through her multiple FP&A positions within different areas of Comcast learning the business from the perspective of the Division, Region, and multiple Headquarters groups. Lisa started her career at Comcast in 2009 in the former Eastern Division as a Financial Analyst and continued her journey through FP&A roles on the HQ Budget team and Freedom Region Finance & Accounting team. In 2013, she transitioned to a Procurement Finance role at HQ focusing on vendor strategy and financial modeling supporting Comcast & NBCU Procurement teams. In 2018, Lisa moved her focus back to FP&A where she was responsible for all aspects of capital planning and management for ~$8B/annually. Including the Capital long range plan, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts where she’s a key point of contact for Headquarters and Division Finance teams. In Lisa’s current role, she is responsible for the Capital strategy through the long range plan and budget target process along with business return modeling/analysis. Within the Finance & Accounting Organization at Comcast, she is also a Culture Ambassador driving initiatives aligning to the mission and touchstones.

Lisa has participated the 2013 WICT Rising Leaders Program, 2014 Harvard Negotiation Program, and 2016 WICT Executive Development Series. In 2018, she received 1st place in the Finance Operations organization for the “ Finance Idea” competition. Lisa has been passionate about WICT and paying it forward to future leaders within the industry. She has been a member for 10+ years and this will be her 9th year serving on the Board of Directors. Lisa has served on the WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter as Treasurer (2 years), Operations Chair (3 years), Vice President (1 year), and President (2 years).  WICT has been a huge part of her career at Comcast and has provided many growth opportunities and some real great friends/colleagues through the board and the chapter. In addition to WICT Board roles, she has volunteered on Comcast Women’s Network Board as Communications Co-Lead in 2014/2015 and an on-going mentor in the Finance Mentoring Program. Volunteering and giving back has always been part of her life and she aspires to start a non-profit organization in the future!
