Sr. Manager, Customer Training and Onboarding at Comcast Business
Alice Nelson-Sidibe, Sr. Manager of Customer Training and Onboarding at Comcast Business, is the Co-Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the WICT Network, Philadelphia Chapter. As the Sr. Manager of Customer Training and Onboarding, Alice is responsible for leading a team of professional product trainers that consult with and educate VOIP customers on their services and equipment. She also leverages her instructional design and learning development background to oversee and develop training and support content for customers and Comcast Business operations team members interested in increasing their expertise in VOIP. Alice is actively involved in talent development and change activities for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Comcast. She serves as an Ally Coach for Comcast Business employees seeking to understand how to navigate the sometimes-difficult conversations about cultural and racial differences to find similarities that can lead to more equitable and inclusive discussions and employee populations.
Before joining Comcast, Alice was a Sr. Program Manager at ARAMARK, identifying process improvement in foodservice and developing training content to educate and reinforce process efficiencies. Alice has been a member of WICT for three years and is a member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications organization whose mission is to educate and empower multi-ethnic diversity in the communications industry. Alice has her Master’s in Science from Walden University, her Master’s in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University. Alice resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and children.
