Karen Babcock is Vice President, Strategy, Partnerships & Supply for Comcast Advertising, where she helps define and scale the company’s unique value proposition across the advertising ecosystem. She leads cross-functional teams spanning strategy, partnerships, yield, and supply to drive growth, innovation, and long-term competitiveness.
In her role, Karen oversees yield, affiliate partnerships, supply strategy and activation, and enterprise partnerships, integrating day-to-day operations with future-focused planning. Her organization advances Comcast Advertising’s multi-year vision, strengthens live linear and premium video capabilities, and drives innovation in areas such as attribution and privacy mitigation.
Karen has held a variety of leadership roles at Comcast since joining in 2011, including
senior positions in yield management, pricing, and strategic planning across Effectv and FreeWheel. She has played a key role in activating premium inventory, shaping yield management for a rapidly evolving media landscape, and supporting revenue generation at scale.
Known for people-centered leadership, Karen has built programs to develop influential business advisors and champions an “industry-first” mindset. She is a recognized advertising thought leader, speaking at major industry events and participating in leading media forums.
Karen holds a B.S. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her family.
