With over 20 years of experience, including 12+ years in telecommunications, she brings deep expertise across sales leadership, P&L ownership, and enterprise strategy. Pooja has consistently delivered revenue growth, improved profitability, and stronger client engagement, while leading cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and strategic programs.
 

In her current role, Pooja focuses on building a collaborative ecosystem across product companies, technology partners, and telecom operators to co-create scalable, future-ready solutions for cable and broadband providers. Known for her inclusive and people-centric leadership style, she actively mentors talent and fosters environments where diverse teams can thrive—translating collaboration into tangible industry impact.
