About the Event
Unlock your potential with the 2024 WICT Greater Philadelphia Mentorship Program. Designed to inspire confidence and break down barriers, our program combines engaging workshops and personalized mentoring with industry leaders to help you discover and harness your capabilities. Over the course of six months, you will develop heightened self-awareness, forge strong professional connections, and acquire practical skills to confidently navigate your career.
Whether you're aiming for career advancement or exploring new paths, our program can help you step into your full potential.
Program Format:
- 6-month program from May - October 2024
- Mentees will be paired 1:1 with mentors from WICT Greater Philadelphia and WICT sponsor companies
- Marina Field, Ph.D., career coach, consultant and organizational psychologist will facilitate 3 interactive in-person workshops in Center City, Philadelphia
