About the Event
As the world continues to grow more complex, it is increasingly difficult to pay attention to what truly matters – at work and in our personal lives. If you aspire to be a high-performing, transformative leader without sacrificing well-being, cultivating mindfulness is an important step on that journey. In addition to helping leaders better navigate complex situations, mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus and performance, and increase collaboration, self-awareness, and empathy.
During this session with EY's Mindfulness Leader, we will…
- Demystify mindfulness
- Discuss the neuroscience and benefits of practicing mindfulness
- Practice exercises to enhance mental focus, empathy, and resilience
- Learn ways to improve emotional intelligence and well-being
- Hold open Q&A with Kristin Conklin
