Swing Into Summer with WICT Philadelphia 

Join WICT Greater Philadelphia for a dynamic day on the course as we kick off summer with connection, learning, and fun. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or picking up a club for the first time, this event is a great opportunity to gain comfort on the course, connect with other members, and get outside and enjoy the summer weather! Following the golf activities, we will gather for a happy hour to network and unwind after a fun day on the course.

We are excited to be offering participants the option to pick whichever combination of golf and learning sounds best to them, followed by a relaxing Happy Hour:

●    Option 1: 9 Holes of Golf, Optional Golf Clinic, and Happy Hour: Enjoy a round of 9 holes, enhanced with a golf clinic to sharpen your skills! Perfect for all levels, whether you're looking to refine your technique or learn the basics. Happy Hour to follow.

●    Option 2: Golf Clinic Only and Happy Hour:  Perfect for beginners, this clinic is designed to cover the basics—no clubs or prior experience needed! You’ll learn golf lingo, techniques, and etiquette in a relaxed, observation-only setting. This is not a hands-on clinic, though volunteers may be invited to assist with select demonstrations.

If playing 9 holes, attendees are encouraged to bring their own golf clubs if possible, however it is not required to participate.

Important Notes:

●      You only need to purchase one ticket. If you would like to participate in the 9 Holes & Golf Clinic, select option 1. If you would like to only participate in the golf clinic and happy hour, please select Option 2.

●      Dress code is business casual or golf attire / athleisure. Golf shoes are not required, but sneakers are encouraged.

●      Skill levels will be considered for pairing, but the emphasis is on fun, not competition!

●      Limited golf clubs are available to borrow for those participating in 9-Holes Golf. Please indicate if you will be bringing your own clubs or need to borrow when completing your registration. Clubs will be provided on a first come first serve basis.

●      Each participant is required to register individually.

●      Participants will be notified by email the day before the event (Thursday, June 25th) regarding the final schedule, including any potential adjustment for the rain date (Friday, July 10th). Space is limited, once the event fills, we will open a waitlist.
