Executive Development Series

The WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter is pleased to be awarding a scholarship for the 2025 WICT Executive Development Series Fall session on Executive Leadership Presence. This event will take place September 17-18 in Atlanta, GA.

The scholarship will cover $2850 for program registration, as well as, $1500 for travel expenses. Eligible applicants are a current member of WICT; Senior Manager or above job title with at least at least 8 years of professional experience. Program participation must be approved by your leadership.

This program will focus on “Executive Leadership Presence”. Executive presence is the ability to command attention, build trust, and inspire others to follow you. It’s an essential skill for women leaders in media, entertainment, and technology, where the competitive business landscape is constantly evolving. This exclusive program is designed to equip participants with the confidence and strategies they need to excel. They will gain access to a unique toolkit of powerful attributes, skills, and thought processes that will propel them to new heights of success.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Learn the techniques for commanding a room and leaving a positive impression.
Develop the ability to inspire confidence in those you lead as well as in yourself.
Connect with like-minded women, exchange stories, and create enduring relationships.
