EDS Scholarship | WICT Philly

Executive Development Series

The WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter is pleased to be awarding a scholarship for the 2026 WICT Executive Development Series Spring session on being an Adaptive & Authentic Leader. This event will take place May 13-15 in Washington, DC.

The scholarship will cover $2850 for program registration, as well as, $1500 for travel expenses. Eligible applicants are a current member of WICT; Senior Manager or above job title with at least at least 8 years of professional experience. Program participation must be approved by your leadership.

The Adaptive & Authentic Leader prepares high-performing professionals to lead with clarity, resilience and integrity in a rapidly evolving media, entertainment and technology landscape. This EDS program blends strategic leadership training with personal discovery to develop leaders who are not only effective, but also self-aware and grounded.

Application Submission Deadline is February 28, 2026.
