Tech It Out 2024

The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s Tech It Out (TIO) conference is our annual signature event, showcasing cutting-edge technology and its impact within media, entertainment, and technology industries and by extension, our lives On June 6, the 2024 theme is to Embark on the Future: Reimagine with AI, focused on the journey into new possibilities powered with the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence.

Union League Official Dress Code:

The Union League is a private club and has the right to turn away anyone who does not adhere to its dress code. All members and guests are expected to follow the Club’s dress code guidelines for professional and neat attire. 

Casual clothing--such as denim, athletic attire, running shoes and flip flops--is prohibited.

Clothing options (not including jeans) may include tucked-in collared shirts, slacks, khakis, dresses, blouses, sweaters, or skirts.

Shoe options (not including athletic shoes or flip flops) may include white soled dress shoes, leather or suede oxfords, slip-on loafers, closed or open-toed dress shoes.

Hotel Room Block:

A room block is reserved at The Inn at the Union League on June 5. A standard room costs $240, and the rate includes breakfast for 2, fitness center access, and complimentary internet. Due to its status as a private club, the Inn does not collect Philadelphia's 8.2% hotel occupancy tax.

To book, guests should call the 24/7 Front Desk at 215-587-5570 and reference the "Tech It Out Room Block" before May 5. No deposit is required, and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before arrival.

Bringing A Group?

Tables offer premium seating close to the presentations and ensure your team has easy access for discussions and conversation. 

When you purchase a table, a representative from our registration team will contact you via the email provided to issue a table code. Upon receipt, please send invitees to your table so they can register for the event using the code to secure their tickets.
