About the Event
We are now accepting applications for the 2026 The WICT Network Greater Philadelphia Mentorship Program, a six‑month experience designed to support WICT members navigating significant organizational and industry change. In a time marked by restructures, evolving ecosystems, workforce reductions, and rapid technological advancement, this program offers a steady space for reflection, growth, and connection—helping participants regain clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers.
Through guided mentorship, peer learning and expert facilitation led by nationally bestselling author, speaker and executive coach Stella Grizont, participants will deepen their understanding of professional identity, build resilience during uncertainty, explore career options and transferable skills with intention and strengthen relationships within a supportive community.
The program runs from May–November 2026, pairing mentees 1:1 with mentors from The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia Chapter and sponsor companies and is limited to approximately 50 mentees.
Applicants must be current WICT Greater Philadelphia members, commit to three group sessions and monthly mentor meetings, and submit their application by April 8, 2026.
Participation cost is $130, with acceptance confirmed by April 10 and mentor pairings announced by April 24.
