Meet Nicole, Director, Sale Support, Comcast Business

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is leading with purpose and creating meaningful impact—not just in business outcomes, but in how people grow and adapt.
I’ve had the privilege of helping teams over-deliver on expectations while championing change and innovation. During the recent unification initiative, I focused on guiding people through uncertainty, providing resources, and fostering resilience in a time when many were impacted. Beyond my immediate team, I enjoy collaborating across the business to strengthen processes and drive results that matter.
For me, the greatest fulfillment comes from creating clarity in complexity—whether it’s introducing frameworks for navigating change or building spaces where people can redefine the status quo and thrive
What do women leaders mean to you?
Women leaders are a source of strength, wisdom, and inspiration. They remind me that leadership is rooted in influence, empathy, and fearlessness.
I’ve built relationships with incredible women throughout my career whose guidance and example have helped shape my own leadership journey. From mentorship conversations to shared experiences at leadership conferences, these connections have challenged me to grow, encouraged me to lead with authenticity, and inspired me to create space for others to do the same. I’ve made it a priority to pay that forward — mentoring folks throughout the business and advocating for women in the teams I lead by fostering environments where their voices are heard, valued, and elevated.
Being a woman leader, and a mom, it’s important to be an example to others and I have been so fortunate to learn from some of the best. One thing I’ve learned that I pass on is that balance isn’t about doing everything at once — it’s about making smart choices. I prioritize what’s needed, when it’s needed, whether that’s showing up as a homeroom mom for an hour to be part of my child’s world, or ensuring my team is never rushing to meet a deadline. That kind of intentionality is what supports sustainable leadership — and it’s how I stay present, effective, and grounded across all areas of life.
Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about raising my three children who are busy being athletes — supporting them in their growth, their goals, and their grit. Watching them develop discipline, teamwork, and confidence through sports is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. We spend the fall between my 16-year-olds football games and my 7-year-olds football and baseball games with Saturday mornings dedicated to my 3-year-olds dance lessons. In the winter we move into wrestling for both boys, and in the spring, we ramp into crew for my older son and baseball for my younger son. Dance is year-round.
I also prioritize investing in myself — whether that’s through travel, golf, or personal development. Golf gives me space to reset and reflect, while travel opens my mind to new perspectives and cultures. These passions help me stay grounded, curious, and energized — and they remind me that leadership starts with how we care for ourselves and the people closest to us.
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
WICT has inspired me to think bigger about our industry – not just where we are today, but where we can take it together. It’s more than a network — it’s a catalyst for growth. From leadership conferences that introduced me to Erika Andersen’s work on change, to cross-industry partnerships like those with Pyramid Consulting, and to Signature Events like Tech it Out, WICT has helped me expand my perspective, upskill my department, and build lasting relationships. It’s a space where empowerment meets action, and I’m proud to be part of it.

I’ve also had the privilege of learning from thought leaders like Lee Woisard, who spoke to our organization about personal branding, and Shelly O’Donovan, who shared insights on networking and influence.

These experiences reinforced the importance of continuous learning and the power of women supporting women.
