What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy partnering with people to think about things differently, creating efficiencies within the business that make experiences better for our internal and external stakeholders.
How have other women helped shape your career?
Other women like Joan Ritchie and Teresa Ward-Maupin have helped me by always showing up for me when I had questions on how to navigate different circumstances. Every woman who has shown up authentically as themselves and allowed me the space to do the same has helped me grow into the leader I am today.
Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?
Outside of work, I am passionate about equity in education and bridging the gap between public and private education.I am also passionate about youth sports especially when it involves my 2 favorite people (my sons)
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
WICT has been such an invaluable network for me. A number of my strongest industry relationships have been built as a result of networking through WICT. The WICT educational programming like Leading with Power and Authenticity, Executive Presence and definitely BMLI have been integral in shaping my partnership style.
