What do you love most about your job?
I'm grateful for the opportunity to lead complex projects, collaborate with cross functional teams and drive impactful results. I find satisfaction in navigating the challenges of aligning technology with business goals, ensuring projects stay on track and solving problems to meet deadlines. The blend of technology and program planning and leadership is rewarding as it allows me to make a tangible difference in both the Comcast products and the organization.
How have other women helped shape your career?
Women in my life have played a significant role in shaping my career by providing mentorship, guidance and support in navigating both personal and professional challenges. Female leaders and peers at Comcast have served as role models showing me that it's possible to make an impactful difference in our industry. They have shared valuable advice on balancing technical expertise with soft skills like negotiation, communication and resilience. Some of these women have advocated for me, helped expand my network and encouraged me to take on opportunities, all while offering a sense of community.
Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?
Outside of work, I'm continuously striving to balance the demands of my professional life with personal life, focusing on physical and mental fitness, trying to spend as much quality time as possible with my 2 boys who are growing up quick! I like traveling, love experiencing new cultures and the food! In the past year, I have enjoyed volunteering for WICT events and knowing the wonderful people along the way.
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
I love the sense of community, empowerment and professional growth WICT offers. Being part of such a network, provides opportunities to connect with like-minded people who share similar career challenges and aspirations, creating a space where you can exchange insights and build valuable relationships. I appreciate the mentorship and networking opportunities, giving me the much needed push to step out of my comfort zone.
