What do you love most about your job?
I appreciate the flexibility my job offers, enabling me to contribute to various initiatives across different organizations and, most importantly the ability to make a meaningful impact.
What are the biggest obstacles you see for young women in the media, entertainment and/or technology industries?
In my opinion, women in the technology industry often believe that they must possess high technical expertise to belong and to advance their career. When, in reality, that is not true. Both technical and non-technical roles are crucial in creating a well-balanced and successful organization. We are better together!
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
I value the relationships and connections I have established through the WICT Network. It has allowed me to interact and work with individuals, both women and men, who I might not never have the chance to engage with in my daily professional life. The WICT Network is a fantastic opportunity to step out of your daily routine, gain valuable skills, and new perspectives all while enjoying your time!
