Meet Fee, AI & Business Transformation Principal, SynergieGlobal

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working at the intersection of business, people, and technology. What I find most rewarding is helping teams move from ideas to execution—building solutions that not only work in the real world, but deliver meaningful outcomes. Seeing that shift from concept to impact is what keeps the work engaging.
What do women leaders mean to you?
Two people have shaped my journey in different but meaningful ways.
The first is my mother. She was trained as a pharmacist and later became an entrepreneur. One of the values she instilled in me was simple but has stayed with me ever since—be truthful and keep your word. She would often say that if telling the truth might hurt someone, it’s better to stay silent than to say something untrue. Even though she passed away over a decade ago, that principle continues to guide how I support my clients, teams, and partners—with honesty and integrity.
More recently, my daughter, Vera, has influenced me in a different way. She’s 12, and her perspective is simple but very genuine. I travel frequently for work, and she once asked if I could reduce my trips so we could spend more time together. It was a small comment, but it stayed with me. It reminded me to step back and think about what truly matters—not just professionally, but personally.
Together, they’ve shaped how I approach both work and life—with integrity, and with a conscious effort to stay grounded in what’s important.
Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?
Outside of work, I value routines that help me stay grounded—meditation twice a day, working out daily, and spending time with family. I especially enjoy cooking at home with my daughter, Vera; it’s a simple way to slow down and be present.
Giving back is also important to me. At SynergieGlobal, we set aside a portion of what we earn to support underprivileged families, and it’s something I personally care about being part of. It’s a small way to stay connected to the community and keep perspective on what truly matters.
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
I started attending WICT events a few years ago, and Mary Eldridge encouraged me to become more involved with the organization. That step made a meaningful difference.
Through the conversations and relationships within WICT, I’ve been inspired to think more broadly about our industry—not just where we are today, but where we can go together. It’s a community that brings together diverse perspectives and encourages thoughtful dialogue.
It also reinforced something I value personally—giving back has greater impact when it’s part of a collective effort. Being part of WICT has been a meaningful way to stay connected, continue learning, and contribute alongside others.
