I’m Darlene Jennings, Director of Strategic Planning within Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS). My responsibilities include strategy and business operations function for CTS.
Prior to my current position, I was in Comcast Experience Strategy and Operations (CXSO) organization where I was responsible for providing management and oversight of multiple initiatives by supporting Comcast’s customer care and technical operations business partner networks and before that I was a security program manager for network security initiatives in TPX.

A lifelong learner, I obtained a B.A. in organizational dynamics from Immaculata University and a master’s degree in leadership development from Penn State University. I continue to take leadership courses and find ways to challenge myself to give back to the communities who have influenced me in so many ways. One of my favorite quotes is, by Maya Angelou, “Love life. Engage in it. Give it all you've got. Love it with a passion because life truly does give back, many times over, what you put into it.” That will tell you much of what you need to know about me as a person.

I’m a mother of two daughters, Niyah (24) and Giovanna (18) who is a freshman student athlete. I’m a lifelong resident of Chester County Pennsylvania where I enjoy the best the world has to offer. I’m a sport enthusiast, specifically Track & Field. I love the Eagles, 76ers, Phillies, and the Flyers. I enjoy traveling, real estate investments, and I volunteer as the team mom for the West Chester Track Club (Pennsylvania). As an empty nester, my quiet time consists of walking, enjoying time with friends, and finding joy in my peaceful environment.
