Erin Skiro is the Senior Manager of the Join Experience at Comcast where she strategizes how the Talent organization listens to, learns from, and then acts on candidate feedback to improve the recruitment experience. In her 5 years at Comcast she’s been focused on candidate experience, leading efforts to stand up Comcast’s Candidate Net Promoter System (NPS) and a centralized Talent Accommodations process. Prior to Comcast, Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Temple University and worked freelance in Television as a Talent Coordinator and 2nd Assistant Director. Erin currently lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and their sweet 90lb. Berner, Brewer. In her spare time she’s an avid reader and hopes to one day self-publish a novel.
