Megan Paccione (formally Weinberg) is the Director of Team Development for Consumer Growth and Engagement (CGE), an organization that falls under Comcast’s Xfinity Growth, Innovation, and Experience (XGIE). She is responsible for developing the strategy for The Academy: an overarching program that drives learning, development, upskilling, and culture initiatives.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and working out with her husband. Megan volunteers for many clubs, groups, and organizations. She has been volunteering since she was 7 years old, offering her time at Save the Chimps, Catholic Leadership Institute, Help the Forgotten, and many more. These experiences have contributed to enhancing Megan’s character and feels they have shaped her into the person she is today. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and is currently mentoring new employees at Comcast.

Megan lives in King of Prussia, PA and looks to make a difference with people every day.
