Position Overview:
The WPGB Co-Director leads the planning and execution of the annual charitable program, WICT Philly Gives Back (WPGB). This role oversees committee activities, ensures financial responsibility, and collaborates with the Executive Board to deliver a successful event.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for WPGB, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead a dedicated planning committee, delegating responsibilities and fostering collaboration.
Partner with the Finance Directors and Executive Board to meet financial objectives by adhering to the budget and ensuring transparency and fiscal responsibility.
Follow contract negotiation and execution procedures for event expenses, including having Legal volunteer review all contracts prior to Chapter President signing.
Support fundraising efforts by selecting a charitable organization to support and ensuring auction items are secured.
Collaborate with various board teams to ensure cohesive messaging and cross-functional support.
Coordinate post-event surveys and debrief sessions to identify and document opportunities for improvement and best practices for future planning

Qualifications:

Leadership experience in event planning and/or program management.
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail, with experience managing budgets preferred
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

Position Overview:
The WICT Philly Gives Back (WPGB) Manager serves as a critical project management leader supporting our signature annual charitable event. This board-level position works directly with the WPGB Programming Directors to ensure seamless execution of all event components through strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and milestone management. The Manager serves as the operational backbone of the program, maintaining organizational momentum and stepping into expanded leadership roles as needed.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking critical milestones and deliverables across all event workstreams
Facilitate regular check-ins and status meetings with all committee teams to ensure alignment and progress
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, implementing mitigation strategies
Create and maintain project documentation, including action items, decisions, and communication logs
Ensure consistent, timely communication flow between all event stakeholders
Participate in post-event evaluation and planning for future improvements

Estimated Time Required:

For the majority of the year, expect to spend ~1 hour/week. In the 3-4 months leading up to WPGB, expect to spend ~3 hours/week.

Position Overview:
As a Co-Treasurer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for all financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls, managing banking operations, and providing financial reporting to the board. This position requires close collaboration with the President and other board members to align financial management with the strategic objectives of the chapter.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:
-Maintain accurate accounting and financial records for the chapter.
-Manage all finance-related accounts, including online payment systems like PayPal.
Budget and Strategic Planning:
-Work closely with the chapter president to develop and implement the annual budget.
-Assist in strategic planning and ensure financial strategies align with organizational goals.
Compliance and Reporting:
-Ensure a comprehensive understanding and adherence to WICT Global’s internal control document.
-Attend the WICT National Financial webinar annually.
-Provide written monthly financial reports for chapter board meetings.
-File annual financial reports, budgets, and summaries with WICT Global by the required deadlines.
-Ensure all tax documents are filed correctly with the IRS and other entities.
Banking and Transactions:
-Monitor chapter bank accounts and manage all transactions.
-Deposit income and issue checks promptly.
Financial Oversight and Development:
-Monitor and report the chapter’s financial status regularly to board members.
-Ensure adequate resources are available for chapter programs through careful planning and monitoring.
-Oversee revenue-generating areas and ensure compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations.
Mentorship and Succession Planning:
-Implement shadowing by designating an assistant and/or mentor to ensure continuity.
-Include the Operations Manager in projects to train them in the details of the Treasurer role.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Responsible for specific sections of the MCBP as assigned.
-Perform other duties as outlined by the chapter.

-Participates in chapter Executive board meetings and/or conference calls, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in a non-profit setting.
Strong understanding of non-profit financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Position Overview:

The Sponsorship Director serves as a strategic board member responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive sponsorship strategies that align with the organization's mission and financial objectives. This leadership role requires building and maintaining long-term partnerships with sponsors while ensuring exceptional stewardship of sponsor relationships. The Sponsorship Director will drive revenue growth through innovative sponsorship programs and serve as the primary advocate for sponsor interests within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive annual sponsorship strategies that support organizational goals and revenue targets
Analyze the market and roster to identify prospective sponsors and partnership opportunities.

Sponsor Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for all current and prospective sponsors, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Implement systematic sponsor onboarding processes that ensure clear expectations and seamless integration
Develop and maintain a comprehensive sponsor database with contact information, contract details, and relationship history
Notify sponsors about upcoming events and their entitlements, such as complimentary tickets, promptly providing registration links.
Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys with sponsors to ensure ongoing engagement and identify expansion opportunities
Oversee sponsor presence at organizational events, including booth setup, networking opportunities, and speaking engagements
Manage sponsor feedback collection and implement improvements to enhance sponsor experience

Event Planning:

Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual Sponsor Appreciation Reception alongside the other Sponsorship Directors and Manager
Ensure sponsors receive all contractual benefits including event tickets, marketing opportunities, and recognition

Financial Coordination:

Collaborate with the Finance Directors to ensure that sponsor invoices are promptly sent to the correct contacts and that payments are received on time.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sponsorship management, relationship building, and event planning.
Strong strategic thinking and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Position Overview:
The Sponsorship Manager serves as a strategic board member and essential operational leader within the organization's sponsorship team, providing critical project management and coordination support to the Sponsorship Directors. This role has systematic oversight of sponsorship activities, ensuring seamless execution of sponsor benefits. The Sponsorship Manager acts as the operational backbone of the sponsorship program while developing leadership capabilities to potentially advance to a Director role.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary project manager for all sponsorship team initiatives, maintaining detailed project timelines and deliverable schedules
Create and manage comprehensive tracking systems for sponsor communications, contract obligations, and benefit fulfillment.
Coordinate cross-functional activities between sponsorship team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing
Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive sponsor database including contact information, contract details, communication history, and relationship notes
Serve as secondary point of contact for sponsors, providing responsive support and escalating issues to Directors as appropriate
Assist the Sponsorship Directors in planning the annual Sponsor Appreciation event

Help to ensure that sponsors are notified of upcoming events and available benefits.
Coordinate with the Communications team for sponsor-related messaging.
Step into a Director role if a vacancy occurs during the year.

Leadership and Flexibility:

Possibly step into one of the Director positions if a vacancy occurs during the year.
Assist with various tasks as needed, which may include planning events, notifying sponsors of upcoming opportunities, and interfacing with the Communication team.

Qualifications:

Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience in event planning or sponsorship coordination preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Position Overview:

The Content / Logistics Director supports the operational and editorial functions of the Communications Team. This role ensures that all chapter communications are coordinated, accurate and delivered on time, while maintaining brand compliance and effective cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Attend the WICT Network Global MARCOM/Webmaster Webinar to stay informed on trends.
Work cross-functionally to gather information for newsletters, blogs and spotlights.
Collect and review content for the website, emails and social media channels.
Ensure content is reviewed one week before publication and approved by global or chapter teams.
Create and maintain distribution lists from the global roster for targeted outreach.
Partner with the Programming and Events Team to review event pages for brand alignment.
Manage event registration logistics including coupon codes and transaction tracking.
Provide reporting and updates to Communications and Events teams.
All board members are expected to attend at least two chapter events per year.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with strong writing and editing skills.
Knowledge of Constant Contact, Wix and Hootsuite.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with content marketing principles (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets or similar software.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
