Meet Luci Rainey

Luci Rainey is an executive coach with a focus on communication, business storytelling and career evolution. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, she has held executive roles at Fortune 40 Comcast and served as chief customer officer at PODS, where she led brand transformation and significant business growth.

Luci supports professionals at all levels—from manager to CEO—helping them evolve their careers, strengthen their leadership presence and lead with impact. She is the founder of Day One Marketing Consulting and Coaching, where she advises small and mid-sized businesses through a blend of strategic marketing and executive coaching.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University, where she remains active in student career development and will join the faculty in fall 2025 to teach “Careers in Advertising.” In 2020, she received the CMO Club’s Rising Star Award.
