About Our Hosts Bailey White is a Microsoft Copilot SMA with a strong foundation in change management and digital transformation. Bailey has led Copilot activation and adoption initiatives across multiple clients. She’s passionate about the human connection that in-person sessions foster and hopes every attendee leaves her training having learned something new. 

Anthony Molisani, PhD. MPH, is a Group Manager in Workplace Advisory, where he leads strategy and delivery for Copilot adoption and value realization. He applies behavioral science and analytics to design frameworks that measure Copilot’s impact on employee experience, productivity, and business outcomes. Anthony partners across functions to define success metrics, operationalize insights using Viva Insights and Copilot Analytics, and scale GenAI adoption with measurable value. His work bridges strategy and execution, helping organizations unlock the full potential of Copilot.
