The Power of Giving: WICT Greater Philadelphia and Cradles to Crayons Volunteer Day

In celebration of Women’s History Month (March) and International Women’s Day (March 8th), the WICT Network Greater Philadelphia Chapter is proud to partner with Cradles to Crayons for a meaningful volunteer event on March 27th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

This hands‑on service opportunity embraces the spirit of this year’s International Women’s Day theme, #GiveToGain, highlighting the powerful impact of giving our time and energy to support our communities. Together, we’ll come together in service, connection, and shared purpose, demonstrating how collective action can create lasting change.

Cradles to Crayons is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing children from birth through age 12, living in low‑income or homeless situations, with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school, and at play. Through community support and volunteerism, Cradles to Crayons helps ensure children have access to clothing, shoes, books, and other critical resources.
