About the Event
In celebration of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day on March 8, WICT Greater Philadelphia invites you to join an engaging and inspiring virtual panel featuring female leaders from across the industry.
This conversation will embrace the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, #GiveToGain, which challenges us to reflect on how giving—our time, insights, mentorship, and support—fuels leadership, innovation, and long‑term impact.
During this interactive discussion, our panelists will share their career journeys, lessons learned, and practical advice for navigating growth and leadership at every stage of a career. Together, we’ll explore how generosity can open doors, strengthen networks, and accelerate opportunities for women across the industry.
Attendees will walk away with fresh perspectives, actionable insights, and inspiration to lead with purpose—while lifting others along the way.
