What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes. Compliance is not always visible, but it plays a critical role in protecting the organization and supporting decision making. I enjoy helping teams navigate complex requirements in way that makes sense and adds value.

How have other women helped shape your career?

The women who have inspired me are innumerable, way too many voices to single out. Yet I am grateful for the remarkable village of women who have shaped my life and career journey, including my mother, aunts, friends, and the women leaders I’ve had the privilege to learn from currently and over the years. They have seen strength and potential in me during moments when I struggled to recognize it myself. Their wisdom follows me throughout my career journey: lessons on navigating complex workspaces, reminders to embrace opportunities that stretch me beyond my comfort zone, and unwavering affirmations that I belong in every room I enter.

These women pushed me to grow, to rise, and to claim my space with confidence. Their impact is woven into every chapter of life and my career journey. Because of them, I walk forward with purpose, courage, and the belief that women can lift worlds, especially when we lift one another.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

Outside of work, I’m passionate about spending time with my family, especially being a football mom. There’s nothing like showing up on the sidelines, feeling the energy of the game, and cheering for the players. Those moments keep me grounded and remind me of what dedication, perseverance, and teamwork truly looks like in action.

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

My WICT membership has impacted my career in ways I never could’ve imagined. It’s connected me to an amazing community of women whose strength, kindness, and determination push me to keep growing. Through the programs and networking events, I’ve learned so much about leadership, but I’ve also picked up practical advice that I use everyday. More than anything, WICT has reminded me how important it is to lift each other up. It’s shown me just how powerful it can be when we support, celebrate, and champion women in our industry. Being part of this community feels like being part of something bigger, something rooted in purpose, connection, and the belief that when women support women, incredible things happen.
