What do you love most about your job?

At the core of my work is solving complex problems and translating data into impactful outcomes that improve reliability and customer experience at scale.

I work closely with cross-functional teams to align on challenges, share perspectives, and drive innovative solutions. The combination of continuous learning, strong collaboration, and the ability to create tangible impact is what makes this work truly fulfilling.

How have other women helped shape your career?

Women leaders and mentors throughout my career have played a significant role in shaping my path by expanding my view of what’s possible and pushing me beyond my comfort zone. I’ve learned from individuals who embody confidence, resilience and a strong commitment to empowering others.

They have been instrumental—challenging me to take on impactful work, advocate for my contributions, and step into larger opportunities—shaping me not just as a data scientist, but as a collaborative, impact-driven leader. Just as important have been my peer communities, where shared experiences, honest conversations, and inspiration from others taking bold steps have fueled my growth.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

To stay balanced and inspired outside of work, I lean into a mix of active recovery and lifelong learning. I love swimming and practicing yoga—both give me a chance to unplug, recharge, and find mental clarity. Reading is also a massive part of my life; as part of a book club, I dive into everything from immersive fiction to deep dives into leadership and technology. The rest of my time at home is happily stolen by my two dogs, who bring so much joy and spontaneous energy to my routine. Balancing an active mind with grounding moments like these is what keeps me happy and motivated.

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

For me, the true power of The WICT Network lies in the fact that it’s so much more than a professional association—it’s a community that genuinely invests in the growth of women in our industry. I’ve had the privilege of seeing this dedication firsthand since joining the board in 2021, and even more so since stepping into the Communications Chair role this year. Working alongside such a talented, driven group of women inspires me daily. WICT has provided me with invaluable mentorship, leadership development, and connections that have truly shaped me, serving as a platform that empowers me to grow and give back.
