What do you love most about your job?

CONNECTION! Whether it's connecting the dots to figure out the right way to approach a business challenge or bringing together the right individuals to create meaningful client solutions, it's incredibly rewarding to contribute to making things better.

How have other women helped shape your career?

They have helped me understand how I want to show up every day. Throughout the past 20 years, I have encountered women that I believe were role models and women that displayed behaviors that were not aligned to my values – I learned from both. I want to bring authenticity and a people-first mindset to everything I do – and I want to do it my way. As the first part-time leader at Slalom Philadelphia, I value the importance of paving the way in flexible working arrangements for the organization’s next generation of leaders.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

Goodness, this is always evolving! I am incredibly passionate about being a life-long learner. I believe there are always opportunities for growth. Most recently, I finished a pottery class on wheel throwing. Next on the list is a knitting class to create something cozy!

Connecting with incredible women from diverse backgrounds. I appreciate how WICT provides a safe environment for women in the industry to share their experiences without fear of judgment, fostering the growth of others.
