What do you love most about your job?
There are so many things I enjoy about my career choice. Whether it is helping people better understand and drive the Comcast culture or supporting one of the largest learning portfolios for Comcast, I love it! In my day to day, I love to collaborate between multiple teams and stakeholders, striving to create excitement and valuable information which is disseminated across the Enterprise. The work changes almost daily, so it has enhanced my leadership skills and growth mindset.
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
My membership has provided me an opportunity to enhance my skills, develop new talents, and most importantly meet some amazing people! It is a network of inspiring and motivated individuals who genuinely want to help lift each other up. Even back when I started volunteering for The WICT Network, it made a great impact on my career. The connections I’ve made have become amazing mentors and lifelong friends.
One book I'd recommend is...
I always go back to the book The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Every time I read it, I take away a new theme.
