Meet Chetali, Global Account Manager, Amazon Web Services

What do you love most about your job?

As a Global Account Manager at AWS, I have the privilege of working with Comcast - a leader in the Media, Entertainment, Games, and Sports industries. What I love most about my job is being an integral part of Comcast's innovative journey. This industry is constantly evolving, and working alongside Comcast as they navigate through these changes is truly exciting.

How have other women helped shape your career?

For most of my career, I've been led by women managers and their influence has been transformative. I have been fortunate to work with women leaders who embody a unique blend of technical excellence and empathetic leadership. What's remarkable is how each mentor has contributed differently to my growth – from the executive who taught me to navigate diverse business landscapes with grace, to the technical leader who demonstrated how to translate complex concepts into compelling stories.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

One of my cherished interests outside of work is yoga. I find joy in practicing regularly and sharing this experience with friends through weekly sessions. What really draws me to yoga is its philosophy – there's always something new to learn about the connections between mind, body, and consciousness. Fitness is another passion of mine, particularly training for competitive events like DEKA and HYROX. These high-intensity fitness challenges push me to set new personal goals and test my limits. When I'm not on the training floor, you might find me underwater – having recently earned my scuba open water certification, I'm always looking forward to my next diving adventure. These diverse activities keep me balanced and challenged.

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

As a remote employee based in Philadelphia, I have found The WICT Network invaluable in providing me with a sense of community and connection. What I value most is the vibrant community WICT has provided, connecting me with a diverse group of inspiring women who share similar professional interests and aspirations.
