What do you love most about your job?

I love the ability to fuse mission, brand, product, and experience—and harness modern technology to deliver trust at scale for customers. There’s nothing more powerful than using tech to create meaningful, human-centered impact.

How have other women helped shape your career?

I wasn’t fully aware of the gender dynamics at play until I entered IT. Suddenly, my peers and senior leadership were all men—and I was often the only woman at the table.

That’s when I met Kirsten Wolberg, a powerhouse technology executive who had held leadership roles at DocuSign, Salesforce, and PayPal. I instantly had what I call a “girl boss crush.” She proved that women could not only survive—but thrive—at the highest levels of tech.

Kirsten shared her journey through male-dominated spaces: how she initially conformed by dressing in male attire, swearing, and asserting dominance. These tactics helped her rise—but eventually became constraints. She described the pivotal moment when she realized: “What got me here won’t get me there.”

That moment clicked for me. I realized I had been missing something critical: mentorship and perspective from other women leaders.

Shortly after, I attended my first women-focused executive education forum—hosted by the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware—and it opened my eyes. The power of storytelling and community among women became clear. That’s why I believe so deeply in opportunities like this—to share stories that inspire and empower other women navigating similar challenges.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

I’m passionate about giving back—whether that’s through serving on the WICT Greater Philadelphia board or the Drexel Management Advisory Council.

And when I’m off the grid? You’ll most likely find me out on the water, fishing but only with a captain/mate (aka my partner), I also love to travel—especially to places where I can immerse myself in different cultures, cuisines, and coastlines.

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

Returning to a leadership role in IT—after a pivot into a new industry—brought mixed emotions. I was excited, but also navigating uncertainty.

Then Michele Corsini, a technology leader at Comcast, extended a warm welcome. Her outreach made me feel like I had an instant advocate and trusted advisor in unfamiliar territory.

Michele invited me to a WICT-sponsored event. To my surprise, I found myself sitting with the Greater Philadelphia WICT chapter board. That moment was a turning point. Her small gesture gave me the footing I needed to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

WICT’s mission to uplift women in media, entertainment, and technology came to life for me that day. It reminded me that "the way forward is women helping women." That’s why I joined the WICT board last year—to pay it forward.

When women show up in senior roles, it sends a powerful message:

“There’s room for you here.”
