🎉 Congratulations to Ricki Lang – A Trailblazer in Tech and Leadership!

We’re thrilled to celebrate Ricki Lang, Vice President of Telecommunications and Media at Quantum Metric, on being named as one of RealList Innovators 2025: 15 Philadelphians building the city's future! Her continued impact and leadership across the tech industry and the WICT Greater Philadelphia community.

Ricki has built a career defined by innovation, strategy, and mentorship. In her current role, she’s leading efforts to integrate analytics and data to improve customer experience—continuing a legacy of building impactful technology, including the technician-facing “activation experience” app at Comcast that remains in use today.

Her influence extends beyond her day job. Ricki serves on the Board of Directors for the WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia and the Society for Information Management (SIM), where she helps shape the future of tech leadership. She also hosted our Level Up podcast last year, bringing thoughtful conversations to life, and served as co-director for Tech It Out in 2025—a role she’ll proudly reprise in 2026.

Ricki’s journey is a testament to growth and curiosity. As she reflects:
