What do you love most about your job?
I love my role at Microsoft because I get to partner with MSOs to create new opportunities to modernize and monetize their networks with Azure cloud innovative solutions.
How have other women helped shape your career?
Through the WICT network, I have been able to form and grow friendships and mentorships with many leaders within the MSO industry. These relationships have helped provide guidance with professional growth and providing a sense of community. By community, my WICT network has opened many doors and facilitated many introductions that have helped me success as a sales director.
Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?
My passion is Broadway theater. I am an avid theater patron.I loving the entertainment aspect goes without mention but what I really love about theater is the inclusivity nature of the industry. D&I is critical and essential in all industries.You probably can guess that my favorite industry event is the WICT Leadership Conference held in the heart of Broadway in NYC each year.
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
I value the community and support that is created in each chapter.WITC has also provided a multitude of training and resources that have been invaluable to me and my career path over the years.
