Meet Jodi, Executive Director, Global IT Program Management, Comcast

What do you love most about your job?

In my current role, I find great purpose in empowering my team of Technical Program Managers to drive the success of our Residential IT initiatives. By investing in their growth and providing strategic guidance, I enable these leaders to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Ultimately, my goal is to cultivate a leadership legacy defined by strong relationships, empowered teams, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. By combining relationship engineering with influential leadership, I strive to create sustained organizational success and meaningful impact.

How have other women helped shape your career?

Throughout my career journey, the women who have mentored and supported me have been instrumental in shaping my professional path. Their unwavering belief in my potential—often when I doubted myself—provided the encouragement and confidence I needed to pursue new opportunities and take on greater challenges.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

Outside of work, my family is my passion - from NY to MI to CO to PA and a few more places between, my 2 and 4 legged family members get top billing for my time and focus.

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

I value the Networking opportunities that are provided through my WICT membership. Whether it is someone from a previous interaction or someone that I've never met before, it is an awesome way to connect and remember how many resources we have in the incredible women around us.
