What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is that every day is an adventure that allows me the flexibility to explore and grow in different areas.

Nine times out of ten, I’ll aways choose eating at a buffet rather than a sit-down meal.  Just like at a buffet, where you can sample a little bit of everything to discover what you like best, I feel like my job offers a similar experience. I feel empowered to always try something new, whether it's assisting with a different project, a unique business challenge, or collaborating with different team members.

This variety keeps my work exciting and dynamic, and allows me to develop a broad skill set and discover various strengths. And just like at a buffet, where you can always go back for more of what you love, I’m fortunate in that my job allows me to grow more in the areas that I find most rewarding and fulfilling.

How have other women helped shape your career?

Other women have played a significant role in shaping my career, acting as both role models and advocates. By observing their actions and approaches, I've been able to learn and pick up leadership styles, communication techniques, and problem-solving strategies that I try to integrate into my own style.

The support and mentorship of other women have played a role in my professional development, and continually inspires me to strive for excellence and embrace a balanced, inclusive approach in my career.

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

I am passionate about maintaining a balanced life, both mentally and physically. I wholeheartedly embrace the saying "work hard, play hard," but I also recognize the importance of finding time for recovery.

For me, working hard means striving for excellence and continuously pushing my boundaries professionally. Playing hard involves engaging in activities that bring joy, relaxation, and fulfillment, like being with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or exploring new interests.  But taking the time for recovery is so important. Whether it's through mindfulness practices, physical exercise, or simply taking a nap, recovery ensures that I can give my best in all areas of life.
