Meet Robin, Vice President, Marketing, CSG

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is the combination of people and impact. At a remote-first, global company, I get to work with incredibly smart, passionate, caring, and funny teammates from around the world while shaping how we show up in the market. Building teams, guiding strategy, and seeing how our work makes a real difference for customers is deeply rewarding. 

How have other women helped shape your career?

I've been incredibly fortunate to learn from several exceptional women leaders throughout my career. When I reflect on their impact, a few common themes stand out. 

They gave me opportunities before I felt fully ready, often trusting me with work I had little or no prior experience in. They saw potential in me before I could see it in myself, challenged me with high expectations, and held me to a standard that pushed me to grow. Just as importantly, they consistently lifted me up and made sure my contributions were recognized. 

Because of those experiences, I’m deeply grateful and committed to paying it forward by supporting and advocating for the women around me. 

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

Outside of work, I’m passionate about exploring the world with my family. We love to travel, spend weekends in the woods riding four-wheelers, and take every opportunity we can to put our feet in the sand. 

When we’re home, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen cooking family favorites, because good food and time together are some of my favorite ways to recharge. 

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

 What I value most about my membership with The WICT Network is the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside women from across the country. Through WICT, I’ve been able to expand my network, participate in the Executive Development Series, and build meaningful friendships and professional connections that continue to support and inspire me.
