Meet Taylor, Customer Business Executive, CSG

What do you love most about your job?
The people I have the opportunity to connect with, support, and work alongside are what make my role so fulfilling. I have the privilege of working closely with CSG’s customers to help solve complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes. Facing new challenges, collaborating on new projects, brainstorming innovative solutions, and playing a role in helping customers achieve their goals energize me every day. I’m equally grateful for the incredibly smart, supportive, and driven teammates who I get to learn from and grow with. Being part of a company that genuinely invests in its people and celebrates innovation makes the journey even more meaningful.
How have other women helped shape your career?
Throughout my career, I have been very fortunate to have had many women leaders and peers who I have looked up to and learned from. I am grateful not only for the knowledge and experiences they have shared with me, but also for the time and energy they have invested in creating a safe space for me to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Their guidance has had an invaluable impact on me. They have helped me to navigate challenges with confidence, and their advocacy – especially in moments when I wasn’t in the room – helped open doors for me throughout my career. This has inspired me to do the same for other women.
Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?
Outside of work, I’m incredibly passionate about sports and being active—especially field hockey. Growing up, sports have always been a huge part of my life and taught me countless lessons on teamwork, work ethic, and resiliency. Today, I channel that passion for sports into coaching a local high school field hockey team. I enjoy not only coaching these young female athletes to improve their field hockey skills, but also helping them grow in confidence, learn teamwork, and push themselves to new levels. Coaching gives me the chance to give back to a sport that’s given me so much, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of many young women and help shape future leaders.
What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
I appreciate the strong sense of community that the WICT Network provides and the opportunity to connect with and learn from other incredible women in the industry. It truly is a one-of-a-kind organization, and I am so grateful to be a part of it!
