This was my first time attending the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, and wow… I was not prepared for how big and beautiful it would be.
Almost 9,000 people! I knew it was going to be powerful, but I completely underestimated the scale and the energy. From the moment I walked in, I felt it—this electric buzz of connection, purpose, and possibility.

Thanks to The WICT Network scholarship, I got to be part of it. And I’m so, so grateful.
The keynote speakers were incredible. Tomi Adeyemi, Cynthia Erivo, Mel Robbins, Hoda Kotb… each one brought something different, something real. I laughed, I was teary-eyed, I scribbled notes like my life depended on it. And the conversations—whether on stage or at my lunch table—were full of heart.
Also? The shopping was so fun. The music was amazing. And the whole vibe was just… joy. It felt like celebration and sisterhood and inspiration all rolled into one.
But what I loved most? Being surrounded by thousands of women who are showing up for themselves, for each other, for their communities—it was magic. I left feeling seen, energized, and reminded of what’s possible when we come together.
I’m already thinking about what next year will bring
