What do you love most about your job?

I love my job because it allows me to work at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and collaboration. I enjoy solving complex problems, working with diverse teams across geographies, and creating meaningful impact for clients. The continuous learning, trust, and empowerment I experience from my leaders motivate me to grow every day.

How have other women helped shape your career?

I’ve been fortunate to work with inspiring women leaders throughout my journey at TCS who have played a significant role in shaping my career. From women supervisors and colleagues to leading and managing teams of women across diverse cultures I have consistently felt encouraged to aim higher, believe in myself, and push beyond my perceived limits. 

There is a unique strength in what I call woman energy it flows effortlessly, without the need for many words. It is built on mutual respect, empathy, and a genuine desire to see one another grow. I have been incredibly fortunate to build strong professional and personal connections with women who have supported me not only in my career, but also in life by just being there and encouraging when it needed the most. 

Outside of work, what’s something you are passionate about?

Outside of work, I prioritize overall wellbeing through long distance running and regular strength training which help me stay disciplined, resilient, and mentally focused. I also enjoy cooking, which is a way for me to unwind.

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?

I strongly believe that when women support and uplift one another, they create environments where both individuals and organizations thrive. WICT is not just a network but a catalyst for growth, leadership and lasting impact for women in technology.

What I value the most about WICT is the meaningful impact it creates through its strong community and thoughtfully curated initiatives. Every WICT event is designed with purpose offering learning, visibility and connection for women across the technology landscape.
