Candice McNelly is a Business Development Manager with One North, TEKsystems’ digital experience agency, where she specializes in building strong client partnerships and driving meaningful results across digital, creative, and engineering teams. She supports major accounts across many verticals including CPG, Media and Entertainment, Government & Higher Ed and Insurance—while also partnering with account managers across the Northeast to deliver thoughtful, strategic outreach and long‑term growth planning.

Motivated by team development and collective success, Candice is passionate about creating an environment where people can grow, evolve, and feel empowered in their work. Outside of her role, she brings that same energy to her most important job—being a mother—and finds joy in watching her daughter grow and discover the world.
