Celia Engman is a Transformational Leader in the telecommunications and cable industry focused on billing, operations, products and information technology. During her 40+ year career, she leveraged technology to transform processes, systems and services resulting in business agility and corporate performance. Celia has achieved business model changes, implemented large-scale software changes, scaled and enhanced rapidly growing products/services, and improved operations. Now retired, Celia is focused on helping the next generation of leaders achieve their full potential. She has volunteered with WICT Philly for several years and is thrilled to join the board in 2026. Celia resides in Havertown, PA with her partner Mike.
