With more than a decade of experience in large corporate environments, Christen Anderson specializes in fostering collaboration, strengthening regulatory compliance, and driving strategic improvements that enhance organizational performance. In her current role as a Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist at Comcast, she contributes to the development and execution of reporting and monitoring strategies for Fair Employment matters. Her work spans analyzing data metrics and trends, creating and updating policies and procedures, tracking regulatory changes, and supporting a range of compliance‑related initiatives.

Christen excels at transforming complex regulatory and operational challenges into clear, practical, and measurable solutions. She is recognized for her meticulous organization, process‑driven mindset, and ability to build strong cross‑functional partnerships. A steadfast advocate for integrity and equity, she supports enterprise‑wide efforts that promote ethical culture and fairness in the workplace.

Christen earned a B.A. in Communications from Trinity Washington University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and later completed her MBA and Certificate in Entrepreneurship at Rosemont College. A writer and storyteller at heart, she leverages the power of language and visual design to inform, inspire, and drive change. She is expanding her work in digital design and social media content creation and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Social Media Director for The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia.

Christen resides in South Jersey with her husband, son, and three dogs—Arya Stark, Nino Brown, and Bane. Outside of her professional and creative pursuits, you'll most often find her cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines at her son’s football games.
