Haley Urueta is currently a Sr. Manger for the Pay Journey within Customer Service at Comcast. Her primary responsibilities include Pay Journey governance, ensuring best customer and agent experiences for pay journey interactions and strategic journey design. Haley has been with Comcast for almost 6 years and worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC in public accounting and business development prior to joining Comcast. When not working, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music.
