Meghan Horn is a learning development and organizational effectiveness leader who has dedicated her career to advancing women’s leadership, accelerating talent pipelines, and strengthening inclusive cultures across the media and entertainment industry. A long‑time member and volunteer leader within The WICT Network, Meghan has contributed to the organization through mentorship, program leadership, and board‑level succession planning.
Meghan previously served as Mentoring Director for The WICT Network’s Greater Philadelphia chapter, where she led the design and delivery of high‑impact mentoring programs that supported leadership growth for women at all career stages. In her professional career, Meghan is an enterprise learning and leadership development leader known for building scalable talent ecosystems, strengthening manager capability, and driving organizational readiness across global teams. She has led multi‑market launches, designed leadership pathways, and implemented data‑driven learning strategies that improve performance, accelerate time‑to‑productivity, and support business transformation.
A committed advocate for equity and inclusion, Meghan has held multiple DE&I leadership roles, including co‑leading Comcast’s Unidos ERG, serving on the company’s DE&I Employee Advisory Council, and founding an ERG Ambassador Committee to support frontline employee development.
Meghan holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University and a dual bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Asian Studies from Penn State University.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys traveling, reading, and doing escape rooms with her friends.
