Meghan Horn is a learning and development professional who has a passion for guiding people on their journey to achieve their career goals. She is also passionate about creating and maintaining inclusive cultures in the workplace. Meghan currently works as a Business Operations Manager for Peacock, supporting international streaming initiatives like SkyShowtime.

Meghan nurtures her passion for inclusive work cultures by participating in a wide variety of DE&I initiatives. She has served as co-lead for Comcast’s Unidos ERG, an inaugural member of Comcast’s DE&I Employee Advisory Council. and as a founder of an ERG ambassador committee for her former office in Chesterbrook, Pa to provide cultural and professional development opportunities for Effectv frontline employees. She was also a member of Comcast’s internal DE&I Day planning committee for two years.

Outside of Peacock, Meghan serves as an advisory board member for the Future Leaders Network and as Endowment Chair at UUCWC.

Meghan earned a dual bachelor's degree in Spanish and Asian Studies at Penn State University and recently completed a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership at St. Joseph’s University in December 2021.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading, traveling, going to the movies, and relaxing on the beach.
