She leads the local employee resource group focused on amplifying the voices of disabled, neurodiverse, and mental health communities and colleagues at Slalom.

Finally, Melissa is the proud mom to 11-year-old Jack and 8-year-old Hannah and lives where she works, in beautiful South Philadelphia.
